Four materials, chosen for ten years, not for the photo.
1000D Cordura
The nylon used on truck tarps and military packs. Abrasion resistance about ten times a normal 400D pack.
YKK AquaGuard zips
Coated, sealed teeth. The part that fails first on most bags is the part that does not fail here.
EVA back panel
Closed-cell foam that does not absorb sweat and springs back.
Wool lining
The sleeve is lined in New Zealand wool felt so a laptop slides in without scratching.
Where
Cut and sewn in a small factory in Vietnam we have worked with since 2022. Designed and repaired in Sydney.
