Not covered
Cuts, burns, chemical damage, airline damage, normal fading. We still repair those, at cost.
How
Email a photo. We send a label. Post it. Most repairs are back within ten days.
After ten years
Repairs at cost for the life of the bag. Nothing is thrown away.
